Damages can occur but more importantly there is an increased risk for those living in the home with serious health concerns, especially for those groups that are more susceptible like seniors, infants or small children, and those with compromised immune systems.
Our technicians are able to detect and determine different levels of mould growth and remediate as required. Depending on levels found, an assessment and protocol may be needed from an Indoor Environmental Professional. If required, testing will be performed to obtain a clearance certificate. |
